Services
ActionMyService provides web design, development, SEO and related services as agreed in writing with each client.
Payments
50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are non-refundable once design work has begun, except as prorated in good faith.
Revisions
Each plan includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed at a small hourly rate.
Ownership
Full ownership and source files are transferred to the client on final payment. Third-party assets and plugins remain under their respective licenses.
Liability
ActionMyService is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
